This August 3rd, we’re participating in this year’s TAC AFL Victoria Towards Zero round. Our club co-captains, Jessie McVeigh will be wearing 0 and Ron Hackney will be wearing 00 on their jumpers, because zero is only possible if we all work together. #towardszeroround @tacvictoria @aflvictoria

As of the 19th July 2019, we have lost 166 lives on our roads in Victoria, 166 too many.

This year has seen lives lost on our roads increase by 52% with 166 deaths compared to 109 this time last year. 99 of those deaths have occured on rural roads.

When we all play our part, we can make zero deaths possible.

Achieving zero deaths and serious injuries is a goal that we should all aim for because no one deserves to die or be seriously injured for trying to get from A to B. Making this a reality will only be possible if we all work together and play our part through driving at safer speeds, driving in safer cars, installing safety infrastructures such as wire rope barriers and cutting out dangerous behaviours such as using mobile phones, drink or drug driving or driving fatigued.
