In accordance with the rules of the Airport West Football Club INC.
The ordinary business of the annual general meeting shall be;
Presentation of Annual Reports including the club financial statement
Election of office bearers for season 2026
Consideration of any special resolutions
Only full financial members and life members are entitled to vote on any motions and in the election of office bearers. All others including social members are welcome to attend but are ineligible to vote or raise questions or put forward points of order.
Proxies must be notified to the Secretary, Frank Mondo, prior to Tuesday, October 28. If you wish to appoint a proxy, please complete the attached form and return to PO Box 77 Niddrie 3042 (marked “attention Secretary, Airport West FC”). Alternatively, you may scan the completed form and send it via e-mail attachment to secretary@airportwestfc.com.au
Nominations of candidates for election as officers of the Airport West Football Club Inc or as ordinary members of the committee may be:
1. Made in writing, signed by two members of the Airport West Football Club Inc and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate and delivered to the Secretary of the Airport West Football Club Inc not less than 7 days before the date fixed for holding the annual general meeting
2. Email to: secretary@airportwestfc.com.au
A candidate may also be nominated (and seconded) by a Full Member at the annual general meeting. The nominee must indicate acceptance at the time of nomination.
