At Airport West Football Club we focus on a professional and supportive coaching and team environment, where talent development through our junior programs is instrumental to our long-term success on and off the field. We attract and retain some of the best community football talent within our catchment through our strong club culture and high performing football environment.
Senior men’s football at Airport West Football Club is played in a professional environment, with the aim of achieving consistently high standards on the field. Players are expected to give their full commitment to achieving the club’s goals and objectives, whilst being supported by a strong network of coaches, trainers, physios and more.
Competing in the EDFL Premier Division, our immediate objective is to play finals, where we aim to maintain that position over the long term and ultimately push for the ultimate success at the top level of our community structure. Training is held between 6-8pm Monday’s and Wednesdays in pre-season (starting in November) and the same time on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s from April onwards.
Men’s reserves football at Airport West Football Club is a critical part of our player development pathways are expected to be using this platform to push for selection in the Senior team, creating a competitive and high performing setting for all.
The team competes in EDFL Premier Division Reserves.

Playing in the U18.5 team at Airport West Football Club provides unique opportunity for players in the final stage of their transition to senior football. A game style that is modelled on the Senior Men’s, we provide the perfect platform for players to polish their skills in a fun but competitive environment. Getting the same access to high performing support structure of the senior department, players can focus on their talent development, whilst striving for on field success. Parents are encouraged to play an active role in their son’s football journey, adding to a strong team culture centred around the club’s values.
